>AIM

To reflect on the different and extreme weathers we have seen recently - and to see how our life can be mirrored in the weather we experience.

>NOTE

4 PowerPoint presentations are provided to accompany the reflections:
Wild Wind
Sudden Snow
'It's been unseasonably warm'
A Mixed Bag

>SONGS

Songs for children to sing (from The Complete Come & Praise, BBC Educational Publishing) include:
No. 7 'All creatures of our God and King'
No.19 'He's got the whole world'
No.31 'Can you be sure that the rain will fall'

>PRAYER

The following prayer may be helpful to use in association with these reflections:
For the sunshine and the showers,
For the snow, the wind and the rain,
We thank you Dear Lord.
Help us remember and trust your presence, love and concern in our times of worry, sadness and fear,
For with you in our lives we are never alone.
Amen.
